1. This machine is a triblock machine, and the three functions of bottle washing filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.It is especially used for the filling of red wine or fruit wine. It designs reasonably,and has a compact structure. The combination of filling and capping ensures no pollution during the production. It is an ideal machine for the red wine or fruit wine company.

2. Low vacuum filler is recommended for still,non dense liquids such as still water,wine,alcoholic beverage(whiskey,vodka,brandy etc) and any kinds of flat non viscous liquids.In this case,the opening of the filling valve is given by the neck finish of the containers,lifted by the mechanical plates of the filler.

3. The glass bottle washing, filling and capping three-in-one unit is a new product developed based on the introduction of similar products at home and abroad, based on the problems encountered in the actual operation of the equipment and years of production experience;

4. External mechanical valve structure, no springs and seals in the valve body;

5. This filling production line is a combination of three single machines for washing, filling and sealing.
